When you submit the contact form, the intake form, or the follow-up form inside the "Ask the Beaver" chat, the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, mailing address, and the description of your situation — are sent to Zoho CRM, the customer relationship management service Domus Hub Immigration uses to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare service agreements, and provide relevant service information.

Please avoid sending sensitive documents through website forms or the chat until a formal engagement process has been established.

The "Ask the Beaver" assistant

Messages you type into the AI assistant are processed by our website infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, to generate answers from Domus Hub Immigration's approved reference material. Conversations are not permanently stored by this website — your chat history exists only in your browser during your visit.

If you choose to share your contact details through the chat's follow-up form, your name, email, phone number, and a summary of your recent conversation are sent to Zoho CRM so the team can follow up on your inquiry.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies and collect usage information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location, and interactions like submitting a form or clicking a consultation booking link. Domus Hub Immigration uses this information to understand how the website performs and which services visitors are interested in. This data is processed by Google on our behalf.

You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics specifically using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Booking a consultation

Consultation booking links open Google Calendar's appointment scheduling service. Any information you enter there is handled by Google under Google's privacy policy.
